Shandrow Group is a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in the management, marketing and sale of bank owned properties (REOs). The brokerage focuses on the sale of single-family homes, condos, and small multi-unit buildings (2 to 4 units). Shandrow Group is located within a vibrant Long Beach business district known as Bixby Knolls (our address: 3970 Atlantic Ave., Suite 210, Long Beach, CA 90807).
Our current staffing is designed to handle an inventory of approximately 150 assets for sale at any given time. These are properties in various stages of disposition, from evictions to closings. In addition to asset disposition, Shandrow Group provides property rental services for a variety of institutional clients, including Fannie Mae. This service includes collecting rent, performing property maintenance, monthly reporting and leasing.
