In his New York Times best selling book, Outliers, Malcolm Gladwell repeatedly mentions the “10,000-Hour Rule”, claiming that the key to success in any field is, to a large extent, a matter of practicing a specific task for a total of around 10,000 hours.
If putting in 10,000 hours is the requirement for success, I am certainly an expert in evaluating housing pricing in my market. In fact, I passed this 10,000 hour mark a year or two ago. On average, Shandrow Group team members compete between 50 and 100 comparative market analysis (CMAs) or broker price opinions (BPOs) per month. This means we are analyzing the local real estate market and pricing on a daily basis and continuing to refine our skills.
This is demonstrated in our numbers. On average, Shandrow Group sells a home at 102% of broker price opinion. This means that we are only off by a couple of $1,000 on each sale—but in YOUR favor. Wouldn’t you want a couple extra thousand dollars in your pocket?
Who do you want helping with the sale of your home? A proven EXPERT with over 10,000 hours of practice or an amateur that is cutting their teeth on your home and financial future?
