Shandrow Group is looking for a part-time to full-time assistant/property manager.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable both in the office and out in the field. Spanish bilingual a plus. Past real estate experience is not necessary and no real estate license is needed.
Some of the job tasks will include:
* property inspections
* ordering utilities turned on and off
* picking up lunch, dry cleaning and going to the bank
* tons and tons of computer work, including managing internet portals, uploading photos, inputting data, filing out forms, managing tasks
* taking lots of photos and videos of homes and condos
* filing work
