For more than a decade, Adam Shandrow has owned several profitable investment and rental properties in the city of Long Beach and out-of-state in partnership with, Shandrow Group owner Mark Shandrow.
Hands-on local property ownership, construction and management have provided Adam a deep working knowledge of the local housing market. He is excited to share his first-hand knowledge of Los Angeles and Orange Counties and all the area has to offer to buyers, sellers and investors.
As a working Realtor, Adam’s specialty is in the Long Beach area, specifically Bixby Knolls, California Heights and Belmont Shore, areas where he has purchased, sold and lived for more than a decade. With his in-depth knowledge of the area, Adam is able to match the diverse styles of the area with his clients aesthetic and lifestyle needs.
Before breaking into real estate, Adam honed his proven business acumen as manager with one of the leading providers of professional business talent worldwide. As an employment and workforce development expert, Adam has worked as an adviser to and public speaker for numerous non-profits, community based organizations and both state and federal organizations, including the United States Department of Labor.
Appointed by California Governors Gray Davis and Arnold Schwarzenegger to the California State Rehabilitation Council, Adam held the position of Chair for two consecutive terms. He remains an active adviser to the Council, where he built his personal and political reputation on the cornerstones of honesty, sincerity and personal accountability.
Adam’s outstanding public service track record, both at the local and national level, serves to enhance his trustworthiness, professionalism and impeccable integrity during his transition to the Southern California real estate market.
